NTC Sensors typical Life Tests Cycle

  • Verification of the correctness of the connections made
  • Increasing in the temperature of the thermostatic bath until the maximum programmed temperature is reached (during this phase the NTC probe will be supplied with constant voltage or current)
  • Acquisition, during the thermal increase, of the different values of the NTC probe resistance
  • Generation of resistance curves Vs. temperature
  • Decreasing in temperature of the thermostatic bath, until reaching the minimum programmed temperature
  •  Verification, at the reached and stabilized temperature of the Ohmic value of the NTC probe resistance
  • Test repetition for a programmable number of cycles
