TAC320/WT

The system can manage up to 128 products divided into 4 groups of 32 components each. On each group it is possible to run an independent test cycle, different to the test cycles running on the other groups.

TAC320/WT manages a temperature-controlled bench in which the components are placed.

In each phase of the test the correspond component status is controlled (resistance value, on-off contact status, …) at the actual temperature. It is possible to set alarms.

The system includes an Industrial PC with WINDOWS10 Operating system for the real time management of the test.

The test result system is very efficient and allows the storing of all the testing results or just the test results associated with the last N cycles before the end or before an interruption due to an alarm. The test result format is compatible with EXCEL.

A typical test is composed by a sequence of phases which are repeated a programmable number of times. In each phase it is possible to set the bench temperature and to check the acquired measurements which activate alarms or bring the test cycle to an end.

TYPICAL THERMOSTAT TESTING CYCLE:

  • Checking for correct connection
  • Increase of bench temperature up to the desired value
  • Checking during the temperature increment phase of the OFF-ON switching temperature of each component.
  • Bench Temperature decrement up to a minimum value
  • Checking during the temperature decrement phase of the ON-OFF switching temperature of each component

TYPICAL NTC SENSOR TESTING CYCLE:

  • Checking for correct component connection
  • Increase of bench temperature up to the desired value. In this phase the components will be powered at constant voltage or current.
  • Checking during the temperature increment phase of the sensor resistance values at different temperatures.
  • Generation of Resistance Vs. temperature curves of each component.
  • Bench Temperature decrement up to a minimum value
  • Checking at the final temperature of the resistance value of each component
  • Test repetition for a programmable number of cycles
