For systems that perform life tests on engines, E.D.C. can create a multi-station testing system that performs the tests the customer wants.
Normally, electrical safety tests (dielectric strength, insulation resistance, ...), start-up and no-load tests and / or load tests are included.
Furthermore, vibration and / or noise measurements may be included. Very important to be repeated at the end of the various cycles would be the measurement of partial discharges, to verify the beginning of the degradation as additional data with respect to the rupture.
The TAC systems are therefore able to independently manage different measurement cycles and relative equipment (active / passive brakes, torque meters, accelerometers, sound level meters, various types of sensors, power supplies, ...). Each test station will have a dedicated equipment and a different test cycle can be set for each station.
Special and dedicated tests can be developed ad hoc on specific customer request.
