PAE320/WL is the compact version of system PAE320/W, suitable to test singlephase motors, industrial products and household appliances with maximum power 10KVA.
PAE320/WL is suitable for productions tests with operator or on automatic line and already in the basic version includes all the measurements and essential functions e of saving, stamp and archiving of the testing results. The system allows the printing of many certificates in different languages and can allow also the printing of adhesive labels. The system has a software storage program both for the testing programs and parameters and of the testing results, preventive maintenance programs, calibration software and autodiagnostic software; in addition, are available remote assistance software and many different options, including the possibility to link to a local network through LAN.
In order to upgrade the functional tests, it’s possible to add the acquisition, through external sensors, of the speed, rotation direction, pressure, temperatures, leakage, many other measurements and accessories (Barcode, label printer).
The systems PAE320/WL can be interfaced to automatic lines, for which as options can be supplied different types of workbenches (single station, double station, rotating table, …), or can be realized for operator use, with external or integrated workbenches, single or double station, multistation with rotating table, …
