The PAE Systems category includes systems managed by an industrial PC or by microprocessor, which can perform some or all the safety and functional tests, as required by the International Standard for the testing of Household Appliances and Singlephase Industrial Products.
In the version managed by Industrial PC, it’s possible to integrate many different measurements for the verification of the product under test (temperatures, pressures, RPM, …) and a lot of accessories (barcode reader, label printer, …).
More in deep, the whole category of the PAE Systems can be divided as follows:
- the systems managed by Industrial PC PAE320/W for the automatic testing of singlephase AC motors and/or household appliances. They’ve the same characteristics of the systems AMT320/W, in all the variations proposed (WF, WP, WT, …), with the only difference that the PAE320/W systems are dedicated to AC Singlephase products.
- the systems managed by a compact PC integrated PAE3200W for the execution of safety and functional tests singlephase AC motors and/or household appliances up to 3KVA. This version is a good compromise between the system PAE320/W and the systems managed by microprocessor PAE3200 and it’s particularly suitable for small productions which don’t require additional tests compared to the standard but require, for example, a data saving in a downloadable archive or other small software or interface options.
- the systems managed by microprocessor PAE3200 for the execution of safety and functional tests singlephase AC motors and/or household appliances up to 3KVA. There are 4 alternative versions available (PAE3200B, PAE3200S, PAE3200 and CE6070S) and in any case this type of tester is suitable for small productions or repairers. (currently in upgrade phase – new version available from January 2020)
