In order to perform this test in the correct and accurate way, it’s requested to use, between the motor in test and the active brake, a suitable Torquemeter (it can be single or – better – double f.s.) with a high accuracy. Also the Active Brake itself selected for this application will be chosen in order to use a model which don’t generate (or generate the minimum) cogging.
