Traditional Mode for Brushless Motors, suitable for Customers which want/need to couple the motor in test with an Active Brake also in Production. This test, performed with the traditional method of setting in rotation the brushless motor not powered using a suitable active brake, can be executed in automatic sequence on systems AMT320/WB, where it’s planned to couple the motor with an external active brake (which can also be used for other purpose, such as Friction and Cogging Test, Load Test, ..). In addition to the data which is possible to acquire with the special dynamic mode developed by E.D.C. (the RMS value with the related Back EMF calculation), with this test version it’s also possible to perform:
- FFT Spectrum Analysis of the Back EMF signals;
- Harmonic Analysis with calculation of THD (Total Harmonic Distortion);
- Calculation per Each Harmonic of the related Percentage Distortion;
- Ripple Measurements.
