e.d.c. proposes different kinds of contract for periodical / preventive / immediate Maintenance, both of the hardware and of the informatic components, on the base of the Customer’s requirements.
More in deep, it’s possible to make agreements and contracts to perform preventive maintenance (relays substitution after a certain number of cycles of use, cleaning of components and fans, …= eventually also associated to other activities (calibrations, modifications, upgrades, training and advanced user training, …).
On request, e.d.c. can supply a spare parts kit for the Customer systems(s), in order to let the Customer have always available in its plant the components most sensible or with a longer delivery time, in order to reduce also up to zero the system stop time in case of a component fault.
In addition, for intensive productions – where a system stop could cause important inconvenients – it’s possible to define contracts which guarantee the arrival of an e.d.c. technician within 24-48-72h (established on the base of the Customer requirements and of its location). There are two contract possibility: it’s possible to define a fix annual amount that guarantee the response time for all the services of the year or define an extra amount to be added to the standard service fare, to be applied only for the services for which is required the urgency.
