e.d.c. performs the Calibration and issues the Calibration Reports for instruments and systems, conforming to the International Standards. These operations can be performed either at the Customer’s plant or in e.d.c. (it’s normally defined on the base of the kind and quantity of the systems, of the location of the Customer and of the Customer’s requirements and needs).
It’s possible to define a multi-years contract, with a preferential rate.
Usually the e.d.c. sales department send to the Customer a notice after 11 months from the previous calibration, together with a service proposal, in order to remind the Customer of the need of a calibration in a short time, with the possibility to plan and perform it within 12 months from the previous service.
