The e.d.c. system are really seldom available as used for sale: commonly the Customers use them until, after some decades, it’s to be scrapped and replaced with a new one.
By the way, sometimes there are systems or instruments in good conditions available (in the majority of the cases, they come from Customers that decides to purchase more complete systems and, basing on the kind and conditions of the system, e.d.c. decided to take it back; in other cases, they’re “demo” systems, which means complete systems but realized by e.d.c. for itself, for promotional purposes – exhibitions, demonstrations, …- therefore are system complete, perfectly working and used for a really reduced time; for the rest, they can come for other particular situations that e.d.c. evaluates time by time).

It’s also quite common that e.d.c. works only as an “intermediary”, just putting in connection between them a Customer that want to sell and another that want to buy, expressing if requested only the technical evaluation about the system in object.
