In this version it’s supplied the testing system for the acquisition and elaboration of the measurements and the magnetic probe. If necessary, different models of probes (interchangeable) can be supplied, in order to allow the testing of a wider range of rotors.
Normally with this configuration the mechanical movements and the setting in rotation of the rotor under test is in charge to the line integrator. By the way, e.d.c. is always available to project and supply benches and mechanical devices especially realized.
In particular, in addition to the PLC interface (available with basic signals or in extended version, for example with the indication of which parameter caused the fault), the system can be configured in order to interface with the kind of communication chosen by the line integrator and/or the final Customer.
From a simple data exchange through LAN up to an interchange of informations through a system like SAP or similar, e.d.c. will develop all the software modules necessary in order to perfectly integrated the system into the Customer network and to receive and send all and only the data required.
