For the producers of actuators (motors for rolling shutters, blinds, patio awnings, gate openers, …), e.d.c. proposes the system AMT320/WT. The tests configurations to be performed will be chosen by the Customer (together with the suggestions of e.d.c., which always makes available its experience to its Customers) and the power supply system for the motor under test will be selected in order to cover the range of motors to be tested. For the only motor part, please refer for more informations to the system dedicated to that kind of motors (AC, DC, Brushless, …).
The systems can be realized to work on automatic line (sometimes supplying also the benches, to be integrate into the line – single or double station, multistation with rotating table, …) or for operator use, with single or double station workbenches, separated or integrated, or rotating tables, …
The workbenches can be realized for specific models of actuators or accessorized with the necessary accessories in order to allow the testing of different models of actuators.
Normally, for a complete actuator testing, the systems are supplied with a workbench complete of a brake (or, in some cases two brakes); often is an active brake but, depending on the measurements that the Customer wishes to perform, it can be also a passive brake.
In addition to the different electrical safety and functional tests, the systems AMT320/WT have many different tests available. For example, are available measurement or calibration functions for the limit switches (electronic or electromechanical) the management of the motors with radio control, the checking of the shifting angle of the brake, …
Moreover, of particular interest can be the different partial discharges tests. Are also available the Vibration and/or Noise measurement.
