For the acquisition of the electrical and dynamic characteristics of the electrical motors, from few Watt to hundreds of KW, powered in AC voltage (singlephase and threephase), or in DC voltage or through Inverter (with a special version) WITHOUT USING ANY MECHANICAL BRAKE, e.d.c. proposes the laboratory system ATC320/W.
The system can be supplied in 2 versions:
- STAND-ALONE (it includes Industrial PC- Acquisitions modules, Wattmeter, power supplies, ...)
- Integrated into the standard system ATC320/WM. This system will be able to perform LOAD Tests with and without brakes. This solution is particularly useful where the brake available cannot cover all the Torque or Speed ranges required by the motors to test.
ATC320/WM includes an Industrial PC with WINDOWS 7/10 Operating systems.
It allows the saving of both the test configuration and test results.
The test results can be printed out either in graphical or tabular forms.

Special Function:
An interesting application of ATC320/DLT system is for the testing of die-cast cage rotors.
In this case the system is connected to a work bench where a master stator is fixed and the rotor to test can easily be inserted. The system will perform a complete sequence of tests just as a complete assembled motor.
This function (acquisition of the real curve torque-speed without the need to couple a mechanical brake to the shaft of the motor under test) can be inserted also in production motor testing systems AMT320/W (option 320/DLT)
